Fedro Infocar Member Portal

The FEDRO.INFOCAR Member Portal is a private, login-gated platform built for the affiliated CARs of FEDRO.INFOCAR, the Romanian credit-union federation. It gives member organizations one authenticated place to access legal opinions, legislative and fiscal updates, internal resources, and discussions with other members.

The Challenge

A federation with affiliated CARs spread across the country needed a genuinely closed environment for information that should never sit on the public website. It had to:

• Restrict documents, legal opinions, updates, and discussions to authenticated member accounts, with no public access
• Keep affiliated CARs informed about legislative and fiscal changes affecting their day-to-day activity
• Give member representatives a central place to submit operational questions instead of relying on scattered phone calls and email threads
• Allow members to reply to and discuss each other’s questions rather than limiting communication to one-way answers from the federation
• Organize dense regulatory and internal content by category so it remains easy to browse as the portal grows

What We Built for the FEDRO.INFOCAR Member Portal

The Welcome dashboard greets each authenticated member by name and brings the main resources together in one place — internal documents and legal opinions, news, legislation and fiscal updates, the question area, and a feed of recent additions grouped by category.

The Legislation and Fiscalitate section keeps national and European legislative changes, fiscal ordinances, compliance information, and related guidance organised specifically for the needs of CAR organisations.

The Questions section gives affiliated CAR representatives a shared place to raise operational issues and browse questions that have already been discussed, rather than having useful information disappear into individual email conversations.

Each question opens into a threaded discussion where representatives can reply, add context, and build on previous answers. The portal therefore works not only as a place for federation updates, but also as a shared knowledge base that can grow through the experience of its members.

The Result

A private member platform that gives FEDRO.INFOCAR’s affiliated CARs one authenticated home for legal opinions, legislative and fiscal information, internal resources, and peer discussion. Instead of knowledge being spread across individual calls and email threads, it can be organised, searched, revisited, and expanded inside a space reserved for federation members.
