Through pavels.dev we present and offer services that include, among others: corporate website development, online shop (e-commerce) development, web design, WordPress and headless CMS development, custom web applications, search engine optimisation (SEO), IT outsourcing, and drone filming/aerial photography and videography services.

The information on this website (including service descriptions, case studies and the portfolio) is presented for general informational purposes and does not, by itself, constitute a binding offer. The exact scope of work, deliverables, timeline and price for any project are agreed separately in an individual proposal, quote or contract signed with each client, which will prevail over this general website content in case of any inconsistency.

A binding agreement between you and PWS for the provision of services is only formed once both parties have signed a proposal, contract or purchase order, or once you have expressly accepted a written offer, in accordance with the general rules on the formation of contracts under the Romanian Civil Code (Article 1166 et seq.).

Prices, packages or examples shown on this website are indicative and may vary depending on the specific requirements of your project. The final price, payment terms and delivery schedule for a project are those set out in the signed proposal or contract.

If you enter into a distance contract with us as a consumer, within the meaning of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals, you generally have the right to withdraw from that contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. Where you have expressly requested that we begin performing a service before the end of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, that right no longer applies once performance is complete.

We perform our services with reasonable professional skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PWS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss (including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity) arising from your use of this website or of our services. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Romanian or EU law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Where our liability towards you arises from a specific project, our total liability for that project shall not exceed the amounts actually paid by you to us under the relevant contract, unless the contract for that project states otherwise.

We are not responsible for the availability, security or content of third-party websites, plugins, hosting providers or platforms that are outside our direct control, even where we have recommended or integrated them as part of a project.

Any non-public business, technical or personal information you share with us in connection with a project enquiry or an ongoing collaboration will be treated as confidential and used only for the purpose of evaluating or delivering that project, unless we are required to disclose it by law or with your prior consent.

This website may link to third-party websites or services (for example, WhatsApp, social media platforms, or client websites shown in our portfolio). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party website or service.

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at any given time governs your use of the website from that point forward. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Terms applicable to an already-signed project contract remain those agreed in that contract.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this website or with a service contract will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If you are a consumer, you may also use the Alternative Dispute Resolution (SAL) entities recognised by the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) — see anpc.ro/sal — or the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (SOL) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably or through these mechanisms, the competent Romanian courts shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your favour.
