Web apps
Custom web applications built around the process you already run: member portals, booking and quoting tools, internal dashboards, marketplaces, and integrations with couriers, payment providers and ERPs. One team from the database to the interface.
Overview
Custom web applications, built around how you work
A web application is software your team or your customers use in the browser: a member portal, a booking or quoting tool, a calculator, an internal dashboard, a marketplace. When an off-the-shelf product forces you to change how the business runs, a custom application is built the other way round, around the process you already have.
We work across the full stack, from the database and API to the interface, so one team is responsible for the whole product. You own the code, and it is written to be handed over, not to lock you in.
Your process
What people do today, and where it hurts
Data and API
MySQL, GraphQL or REST, Node.js, PHP or Java
Interface
React, Next.js or Vue
Your users
Fast, clear, works on any device
Scope
What you get
Scoping before code
We map users, roles and the steps they go through, and agree what the first version must do.
Interface design
Screens designed in Figma and reviewed with you before development starts.
Full-stack development
Front end, back end, database and API built by one team, in a stack suited to the project.
Integrations
Payment processors, invoicing, couriers, CRMs and public APIs connected to your application.
Accounts and permissions
Authentication, roles and server-side validation, so each user sees only what they should.
Performance
Server rendering, caching and lean payloads, so the application stays fast as data grows.
Deployment
Hosting set up on your infrastructure or a managed platform, with a staging environment.
Code you own
Source code and documentation handed over, with maintenance available when you need it.
Process
How a project runs
Discovery
We learn the process the application has to support and agree the scope of the first version.
Design
User flows and screens are designed in Figma and adjusted with you until they fit.
Architecture
We choose the stack, model the data and define the API before the build starts.
Build in iterations
You get working versions on a staging address and steer priorities as the product takes shape.
Testing
Flows are tested with real data and real users before anything goes live.
Launch and support
Go-live, handover of code and documentation, and maintenance on request.
Tools

We pick the stack for the project, not the other way round, and favour tools any competent team can take over.

Get in touchMember portals, booking and quoting tools, calculators, dashboards, marketplaces and custom logic on top of WordPress or WooCommerce. If it runs in a browser and has users, data and rules, we can build it.
It depends on scope, so we quote after a discovery meeting. We usually propose a first version that solves the core problem, then extend it, which keeps the initial budget under control.
Next.js, React and Vue on the front end; Node.js with Express, PHP and Java on the back end; GraphQL or REST APIs and MySQL for data. The choice depends on the project and on what your team already uses.
You do, once the final invoice is paid. Source code and documentation are handed over at the end of the project, and nothing is written to lock you in.
