Burotechnik

Burotechnik is a B2B print-equipment and managed-print-services company with a catalog of nearly 3,500 consumables, enterprise document-management solutions, equipment, spare parts, and technical services.

The Challenge

Burotechnik needed a website that could serve two very different types of visitors: customers looking for a specific consumable or product, and business clients evaluating larger print-management and service solutions.

The platform had to:

  • Make a catalog of nearly 3,500 consumables easy to search by OEM code
  • Organize a large product range without forcing users through complex category structures
  • Present enterprise solutions such as uniFLOW, Therefore, and Scan2X with enough technical detail for B2B decision-makers
  • Clearly explain Burotechnik’s managed-print-service model and its commercial benefits
  • Communicate service capabilities through measurable information such as response times, certifications, and product coverage
  • Support both direct product purchases and longer-term B2B service relationships within the same website

What We Built

We structured the website around Burotechnik’s four core business areas: consumables, equipment, service, and spare parts.

Each area has a clear entry point from the homepage, allowing visitors to move directly toward the part of the business relevant to them rather than navigating through a generic corporate structure.

The consumables section contains nearly 3,500 individually listed products. Search was designed around OEM codes, making it particularly useful for buyers who already know the exact cartridge, toner, drum, or consumable they need.

For Burotechnik’s enterprise software portfolio, we created dedicated pages that explain the capabilities and use cases of solutions such as uniFLOW.

Instead of treating software as a secondary service, the content covers features such as secure print release, OCR-assisted workflows, device-level cost tracking, and document-management processes in enough detail for business clients to evaluate the solution properly.

The Smart Print Services section explains Burotechnik’s managed-print model in practical terms: usage, consumables, maintenance, and service are consolidated into a predictable pay-per-use structure.

The page focuses on the operational and financial advantages of the model, helping companies understand what they are paying for and why it can reduce the complexity of managing a print fleet.

We also used measurable information throughout the website wherever possible.

Burotechnik communicates coverage of more than 98% of the consumables available on the market, a four-hour service response window, and technicians certified across multiple equipment brands.

The Result

The result is a website that reflects how Burotechnik actually operates as a business.

Customers can quickly locate specific products from a catalog of nearly 3,500 consumables, while B2B clients can explore equipment, software, service, and managed-print solutions in significantly greater depth.

Rather than treating the website as a simple product catalog, we built it as a practical sales and information platform for both transactional purchases and longer-term business relationships.
