Vila Amir is a 20-room guesthouse in Vama Veche, less than a kilometer from the beach, with an excellent rating from 73 verified Google reviews and direct, commission-free bookings.
We built the website from scratch in Breakdance, with performance considered from the first stage of development rather than added as a final optimization pass. The structure was kept deliberately lean, images were prepared and optimized for the web, and Breakdance gave us a strong foundation through clean frontend output, selective asset loading, CSS caching, and detailed responsive controls. Its visual editing experience also keeps routine changes to text, images, and existing content straightforward after handover.
The Challenge
For a seasonal guesthouse, the website had to do more than present the property nicely. Guests needed enough information to compare rooms, understand where Vila Amir is located, trust the accommodation, and move naturally toward checking availability and booking directly.

What We Built for Vila Amir
The homepage introduces the property through the details that matter most when choosing accommodation in Vama Veche: the garden, private parking, proximity to the beach, room options, and feedback from previous guests. The review record is brought into the main experience rather than being left as a small badge near the bottom of the site.
The About page gives guests practical context around the location. Vila Amir sits on DN 39, less than a kilometer from the beach and within walking distance of Vama Veche’s bars and terraces, while remaining far enough away for a quieter stay. Nearby points of interest such as Paradis Land Neptun are also presented with useful distance information.
The Rooms page separates the property’s five accommodation types — from 16 sqm double rooms to a 34 sqm suite for four guests — so visitors can compare size, capacity, layout, and view before opening the individual room that suits them.
Each room page goes into the details guests usually want before making a reservation, including a 160×200 orthopedic bed, air conditioning, an en-suite walk-in shower, towels and toiletries. Booking conditions are presented alongside the room information, including the 30% deposit, direct booking without commission, and accepted holiday vouchers.
For availability and reservations, the site integrates 5stardesk directly into the booking page, allowing guests to see available dates and continue with their reservation without being sent to a marketplace listing. The booking interface itself is supplied by 5stardesk, so that specific section retains the provider’s own styling rather than the custom design used across the rest of the website.

A direct-booking website that gives prospective guests enough information to make a decision without depending on a third-party accommodation listing: clear room choices, location details, guest feedback, transparent booking terms, and current availability leading directly into the reservation process.
