Vama 22 is a four-room guesthouse in Vama Veche, just 200 meters from the beach. With different room types, seasonal pricing, and a short summer booking window, the website needed to make checking prices and sending an inquiry as quick as possible.
The Challenge
The owners needed more than a simple accommodation website. Visitors had to be able to understand the rooms, get an accurate price for their stay, and contact the guesthouse without going back and forth for basic details.

What We Built for Vama 22
Built with Breakdance and WooCommerce, the website presents each of the four rooms separately, with its own photos, details, capacity, and facilities. The visual direction stays close to the place itself, using photography from the guesthouse rather than generic hotel imagery.
The main booking tool is a custom JavaScript price calculator. It checks every night in the selected stay against eleven seasonal pricing periods and calculates the total instantly, using the correct rate for each room type.
The same form also checks room capacity, enforces the minimum stay, suggests the triple room when needed, and adjusts its pricing when booked for three guests. Once everything is valid, the selected dates, room, guest count, and calculated total are sent directly to the owners through WhatsApp.
Each room has its own page and photography, while the important practical details stay consistent across the site: private bathroom, air conditioning, smart TV, minibar, and access to the covered outdoor terrace with a coffee machine, kettle, and microwave.
Reviews from Google, Facebook, and Booking.com are brought into the homepage alongside the guesthouse location, giving visitors the information they usually check elsewhere before making a decision.

A straightforward booking flow where guests can choose a room, check the price for their exact dates, and send all the details directly through WhatsApp in a few steps.
