RS Expert Consulting is a Romanian company founded in 2020 that guides Uber and Bolt ridesharing drivers through the full legal setup process — from PFA or SRL formation to ARR authorization, accounting, and a network of verified partners.
For the website, we proposed building in Breakdance from the start. The project needed a modern, responsive interface, but just as importantly, a lightweight technical foundation capable of handling growing traffic without requiring expensive hosting or an unnecessarily complicated WordPress stack.
The Challenge
A company built on its founder’s own experience as a driver needed to turn a confusing bureaucratic process into something drivers could understand and follow step by step. The site had to:
- Explain the process from company formation and ARR authorization through to Uber and Bolt account setup in straightforward language
- Give drivers useful estimated timeframes for each stage instead of leaving the process open-ended
- Bring financing, banking, GPS, technical inspections, vehicles, and accounting partners together in one place
- Let prospective drivers compare their tax position before deciding between PFA and different SRL structures
- Keep a content-rich website fast and responsive while remaining economical to host
What We Built for RS Expert Consulting
The homepage leads drivers into three service tiers based on how quickly they want to complete the authorization process and start working with Uber and Bolt, alongside a Google rating based on 246 reviews.
The About page explains where the business came from. Răzvan Ciopontea started working as a ridesharing driver in 2018, opened the company’s first fleet in Bucharest in 2020, and built RS Expert Consulting around the kind of assistance he had needed when going through the same process himself.
The How It Works page breaks the setup into six stages, each with an estimated timeframe, from establishing the company and completing the necessary authorization through to the driver’s first ride.
The Tax Calculator gives drivers a more practical way to approach one of the biggest decisions in the process. They can enter their estimated income and deductible expenses and compare PFA, Micro SRL, and SRL side by side for the current tax year.
The Partners page brings together the wider network RS Expert Consulting has built around ridesharing drivers, including providers for leasing, banking, new and used vehicles, GPS fleet tracking, technical inspections, and accounting. Instead of making drivers find each service separately, the site keeps the supporting ecosystem connected to the same journey.
Why We Proposed Breakdance
Performance was one of the reasons we proposed Breakdance for the build. It produces a comparatively lean frontend and includes features such as static CSS caching and controls for removing unnecessary WordPress output, giving us a strong starting point for optimisation instead of trying to compensate for a heavy builder later.
It also gives us detailed responsive controls while keeping the editing experience approachable. That combination works particularly well for projects that need custom layouts without turning routine WordPress changes into development work.
In practice, the finished site is lightweight enough to serve thousands of monthly visitors from inexpensive hosting with only 2GB of RAM, while still carrying the service pages, calculator, partner content, imagery, and other material the business needs.

The Result
A fast, clearly structured website that turns a complicated ridesharing setup process into a sequence drivers can understand: defined service options, estimated timeframes, an interactive tax calculator, and a partner network covering the services they may need along the way.
