RDAPH — Revista de Drept și Administrație Publică — is the peer-reviewed law journal published by the Faculty of Legal Sciences at Universitatea Hyperion in Bucharest. The website needed to support the journal properly, from its editorial board and peer-review process to submission guidelines and full published issues.
The Challenge
Academic publishing comes with a lot of structured information, and the site needed to make all of it easy to find and understand.
- Publish complete ISSN-registered issues in a clear, accessible format
- Explain the double-blind peer-review process clearly for both authors and reviewers
- Present the journal’s international scientific and editorial board with names, titles, and university affiliations
- Make submission and formatting requirements easy for authors to follow
- Support content in Romanian, English, and French
What We Built for RDAPH
Built with Elementor and Elementor Pro, the website gives RDAPH its own visual identity while keeping a clear connection with the faculty that publishes it.

The Editorial Board section presents the academics behind the publication, including professors and researchers from universities in Romania, Spain, and Italy, with their titles and institutional affiliations clearly listed.

The Peer Review section explains the full double-blind review process step by step, including reviewer selection, how conflicting reviews are handled, anonymity, and the decision timeline. Submission and citation requirements are kept alongside it, so authors have everything they need in one place.

Each journal issue has its own page with the cover, publication details, and the complete PDF embedded directly into the website. Readers can browse the publication page by page without having to download it first.

The Result
A clear academic publishing platform where readers can access full issues and authors can quickly find the journal’s editorial board, peer-review process, and submission requirements — all available in three languages.
