Hegoi Tennis Coach is the bilingual website of Hegoi Jauregui, an RPT Level 4 certified tennis coach based in Los Cristianos, Tenerife, with over 20 years of playing experience and more than 8 years of coaching experience.
This project was brought in and managed by Adrian Negulescu, with our team handling the website development exclusively.
We developed the site from scratch in Breakdance, using its responsive controls and lightweight frontend approach to build a clean, modern presentation without relying on a pre-made theme or template kit. The structure and assets were kept lean from the start, with performance considered throughout the build.
The Challenge
The website needed to present Hegoi’s coaching services clearly while speaking to two different audiences: players based in Tenerife who may train regularly, and visitors travelling to the island who want to book one or several sessions during their stay.
- Present Hegoi’s RPT Level 4 certification and extensive playing and coaching background clearly from the start
- Make the service offering relevant both to local players and to people visiting Tenerife for a limited period
- Separate Private Lessons, Shared Lessons, and Hitting Sessions so players can quickly understand which format suits them
- Use verified player feedback as an important trust signal
- Serve both English- and Spanish-speaking visitors through a complete bilingual structure
What We Built for Hegoi Tennis Coach
The homepage introduces the credentials that matter immediately: RPT Level 4 certification, more than 20 years of playing experience, and over 8 years of coaching, while keeping the service offer visible for players looking to train in Tenerife.
The About page gives more context to Hegoi’s background: a former Basque Country Champion and Top 800 Under-16 player in Europe, five years training at the Sergi Bruguera Tennis Academy in Barcelona, followed by coaching experience at the Ritz-Carlton Abama in Tenerife and the Annabel Croft Tennis Academy.
The Services section separates Private Lessons, Shared Lessons, and Hitting Sessions, with single-session and package options for each. That works equally well for someone living on the island and looking for ongoing coaching, or for a traveller who may only have a few days available during a holiday in Tenerife.
Player feedback is integrated into the homepage as part of the presentation, including the “500+ happy players” message and Google reviews verified through Trustindex.
The Contact page keeps booking straightforward for both audiences, with a short form covering name, email, phone number, and preferred session type, alongside direct contact details and WhatsApp for anyone looking to arrange training in Los Cristianos.
The Result
A bilingual website that presents Hegoi’s services, credentials, and coaching background clearly while addressing both the local Tenerife market and players visiting the island. The service structure works for anything from regular training to a small number of sessions booked around a holiday or short stay.
