Bogdan Costache Law Office is a Bucharest business-law practice founded by Bogdan Costache, a Romanian lawyer with more than 14 years of experience advising companies and individuals. The website needed to present both his professional background and the range of legal work he handles, while also speaking to a second audience: foreign investors researching Romania before deciding whether to enter the market.
The Challenge
For an independent lawyer, the website has to explain quite a lot before a potential client ever gets in touch. Visitors need to understand who they are dealing with, whether the practice covers their particular issue, and what kind of experience sits behind it.
- Organise six different practice areas — Commercial and Civil Law, Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Corporate/M&A, Intellectual Property, and Labour Law — without making the site difficult to navigate
- Give each practice area enough space to explain the actual services covered, rather than reducing everything to a short list of legal terms
- Present Bogdan Costache’s education, career history, and Bucharest Bar membership clearly, so prospective clients can understand the background behind the practice
- Create useful content for foreign investors who are still researching Romania itself, not only those already looking for a lawyer
- Keep the entire website in English, making the practice accessible to international clients and investors
What We Built for Bogdan Costache Law Office
Built with Breakdance, the website opens with a straightforward introduction to the practice and makes the six main areas of expertise immediately accessible from the navigation. Someone arriving with a specific legal problem can quickly get to the section that applies to them without having to work through a general services page first.

The About page gives Bogdan Costache’s professional background proper space. He graduated from the University of Bucharest Faculty of Law, holds a master’s degree in private law, worked at one of Romania’s established law firms before opening his own practice, and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association.
Rather than treating this as a short biography at the bottom of the site, we used it to help visitors understand who they would actually be working with and where his experience comes from.

The six practice areas are presented individually, each with its own overview and dedicated page. This gives enough room to explain what each area actually covers. The Corporate/M&A section, for example, includes matters such as company formation and by-law drafting, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and internal compliance work rather than trying to fit everything into a single paragraph.

We also built a dedicated “Why Choose to Invest in Romania” section for international visitors who may still be at an earlier stage in their decision. Instead of immediately asking them to contact the firm, the page gives them useful context about doing business in Romania, including taxation, company-related considerations, and investment data.
This gives the website a role before the legal engagement even begins. An investor researching Romania can use it as a starting point, understand some of the practical and fiscal context, and then approach Bogdan Costache with a much clearer idea of what they need help with.

The Result
A clear English-language website that gives Bogdan Costache’s independent practice the space to explain both the lawyer behind it and the work he does. Prospective clients can understand the practice areas before making contact, while international investors also have a useful entry point for researching Romania and the legal context around doing business here.
